Our product is how people feel after attending a Bonfiire experience. We are demanding and exacting curators of experience. We’re responsible for the end to end experience. We trust our own taste. If it’s not great, it doesn’t ship.

We invest in our health, clarity, and inner peace because we know each day is a battle. Making this mission happen at a worldwide scale is ambitious. There is no 40 hour work week here. Every day we fight to chip away at the mission and every hour counts

We know speed is our main edge against incumbents and the best way to make ambitious projects happen. We’re clear on how each of us will move the needle and ruthless about eliminating busywork. We’re always building the systems while we’re doing the work.
