Bonfiire Consumer Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: March 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bonfiire platform (“Platform”) as a customer booking events at venues listed on Bonfiire. By submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Each confirmed booking is also governed by the Universal Event Booking Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Booking Requests

(a) Request to Book. When you submit a booking request through the Platform, you are requesting to reserve the selected package at the specified venue, date, time, and guest count. A booking request does not guarantee availability. The venue will review your request and may accept, decline, or propose modifications.

(b) Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when the venue accepts your request and your payment method has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the booking is finalized. Until confirmation is received, availability is not guaranteed.

(c) Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for ensuring that the event name, date, time, guest count, and any special requests provided in your booking are accurate. Inaccurate information may result in service discrepancies for which the Platform and venue shall not be liable.

2. Payment Terms

(a) Pricing. All prices displayed on the Platform are set by the venue and are inclusive of the package base rate. Taxes, gratuity, and any applicable service fees are itemized separately at checkout. The total amount due is displayed before you submit your booking request.

(b) Deposit Structure. Venues may require a deposit upon booking confirmation. The deposit percentage is set by the venue and displayed during checkout. If a deposit is required, it will be automatically charged to your payment method once the venue accepts your booking request. The remaining balance will be charged according to the venue’s payment schedule, typically 72 hours before your event.

(c) Payment Method. You must provide a valid payment method at the time of your booking request. Your payment method will not be charged until the venue confirms your booking. The Company processes all payments and acts as the merchant of record.

(d) Authorization Hold. An authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to verify available funds when you submit a booking request. This hold is temporary and will be released if the venue declines or does not respond to your request within the applicable timeframe.

3. Changes and Cancellations

(a) Venue Cancellation Policy. Each venue sets its own cancellation policy, which is displayed during the booking process and on your booking confirmation. Refund eligibility is determined by the venue’s cancellation tiers based on how far in advance you cancel relative to your event date.

(b) Customer-Initiated Cancellations. You may cancel a booking request at any time through the Platform. Refund amounts are determined by the venue’s cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation. The Platform will process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

(c) Venue-Initiated Changes. Venues may propose adjustments to your booking, including changes to pricing, guest count, or event details. You will be notified of any proposed changes and must accept them before they take effect.

4. Guest Count

(a) Initial Count. You must specify the expected number of guests at the time of booking. Per-person pricing packages will be calculated based on the guest count you provide.

(b) Final Confirmation. Final guest count adjustments should be communicated to the venue at least 7 days before your event. Guest count increases are subject to venue availability and may result in additional charges. Guest count decreases below the package minimum may still be charged at the minimum rate.

5. Liability and Disputes

(a) Venue Responsibility. The venue is solely responsible for the delivery of services described in the selected package. The Platform facilitates the booking process and payment processing but does not guarantee the quality or delivery of venue services.

(b) Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding your booking, please contact our support team through the Platform. We will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Disputes related to service quality should be raised within 7 days of your event date.

(c) Limitation of Liability. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid through the Platform for the specific booking in question. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or venue services.

6. General

(a) Modifications. The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

(b) Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

(c) Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Universal Event Booking Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform as a customer.
