What's the difference between a package and a custom request?

Most venues on Bizly work through custom requests: you share your event details, and the venue responds with a tailored proposal for you to review and accept. Some venues also offer packages — the pricing and inclusions are fixed upfront, so you know the cost before you submit, but the venue still needs to accept your request before it's confirmed. If a venue you're interested in doesn't have a package, you can still request them directly through a custom request.
